Using iwonnabuy

These terms apply when you access iwonnabuy or use its expected delivery, package, service order, shipment, wallet or support features. By using the service, you agree to these terms and to applicable laws.

Service availability depends on your warehouse, destination, package contents and the shipping options shown in your account. An assigned address is for receiving eligible purchases and is not a residential or business address.

Your account and information

Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate contact, delivery, item and customs information. You are responsible for activity through your account and for reviewing information generated by assisted entry tools before submitting it.

We may ask for information needed to verify package ownership or meet shipping requirements. Incorrect or incomplete information can delay receiving, processing or shipping.

Receiving and handling packages

Create an expected delivery when possible and include the correct address and tracking details. A package that cannot be matched to your account may require ownership verification before it can be assigned or shipped.

Available package services may include combining, splitting, content checks, repacking and abandonment. We may open or inspect packages when needed to identify contents, provide a requested service, or comply with carrier and legal requirements.

Restricted items and shipping

You must ensure that items are lawful to purchase, store, export, import and transport. Carrier rules, destination restrictions and hazardous material requirements may limit or prevent a shipment, including shipments containing batteries or other regulated goods.

Shipping quotes and available services depend on the package's verified weight, dimensions, contents, warehouse and destination. A delivery estimate is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Charges and payment

Review the charge breakdown before confirming a service order or shipment. Charges may include shipping, package services, storage, insurance, private address receiving, and other applicable fees shown at checkout. Taxes or duties assessed by authorities may also be payable.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include iwonnabuy Dollar, Alipay and PayPal. Coupons and account credits apply only where the checkout says they are eligible. A payment does not guarantee that a carrier or warehouse can accept an ineligible package.

Cancellations and refunds

Whether a service order or shipment can be cancelled depends on its current processing status. If a paid order is cancelled or cannot be fulfilled, any eligible refund is reviewed and processed through the applicable payment channel or account balance. Processing time can vary by payment provider.

Contact support if a payment succeeded but your order did not move forward. Do not submit another payment for the same order while its status is being checked.

Tracking, support and service availability

We show package and shipment updates as they become available from our warehouse and shipping partners. Tracking information may be delayed or temporarily unavailable. Contact support from your account if a package or shipment needs attention.

The website and services may be interrupted for maintenance or events outside our control. We may change or stop a service where operational, carrier or legal requirements make that necessary.

Privacy and site content

We use the information you provide to operate your account, receive packages, arrange services and shipments, process payments, and respond to support requests. Service providers involved in those activities may receive the information they need to perform them.

The iwonnabuy name, branding and site content belong to their respective owners. You may use the site for your own lawful service needs and may not misuse or interfere with it.
